Ordering information.
The CDs and books listed here can be ordered in two ways:

by post direct to NMA Publications, or
-
through your local bookshop or record store
1. Postal orders should be accompanied by an Australian currency cheque or
money order payable to Rainer Linz. Print out and send the
order form
for convenience.
2. You can order any title through your local retailer. Just provide
them with the details - including title and ISBN number for books, or the publisher
& catalogue number for CDs. (These details are listed on the relevant page.) Better still, direct them to this site.
Please include postage. All amounts are listed in Australian dollars.
